Rental Agreement and Policy
By renting from Glittzi Gowns you agree to our Hire Agreement. Please read this before purchasing. If you do not agree to all of the agreement, you may not use our services.
Rental Agreement and Policy
BOOKINGS
We can accept bookings in advance, operating under a 'first in, first serveď policy. You will find all garments available to rent on our website. Once your booking has been made, payment is required in full to secure your booking.
POSTAGE
Dry cleaning fees and courier postage fees are included in the price and will be added to your booking. A flat rate of $15.00 for the courier with a prepaid return bag.
*Bookings made after 2pm on a Wednesday may not arrive in time for your event, we recommend a Saturday delivery option. This is available for Auckland only.
Tracking details will be provided to you once we have sent your package. If the tracking number says the package has been delivered but you cannot find it, you must contact us with 4 hours, otherwise we will assume it has been delivered and you will be liable to pay the full RRP if you claim you cannot find it. It is your responsibility to be accessible for the courier to successfully deliver your package.
Rural Deliveries will need to be made at least 4 business days in advance otherwise we will not refund you if your delivery is late.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us at info.glittzigowns@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time of your booking. If 24 hours has passed we do not allow cancellations or refunds. We will not refund is your dress has been posted to you.
RETURNING YOU GARMENT
Postal - Please put the garment into your Prepaid Bag and drop it a NZ Post Office by 4pm the following business day after your event. Please hand over the counter do not drop in a drop box. Once you have handed the package over the counter we will be able to track the return. Failure to return the garment on time will incur a late fee of $20.00 per day.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF
You are able to select Pick Up at the checkout, this is free of charge. We are based in Epsom, Auckland. Please email and arrange pick up and drop off time slots.
WEAR
Please respect our dresses as if they are you own, we do everything we can to keep the garments in pristine condition. Please be mindful of embellished clutches or jewellery that may snag the material. Please avoid applying fake tan before wearing the garment. An extra charge will incur if the garment arrives back with fake tan and make up stains.
REFUNDS
A refund will not be provided if the garment does not fit correctly. If you are unsure of style, fit please contact us before you purchase as we do not refund if the garment does not fit. If you wish to try on please contact us at info.glittzigowns@gmail to make an appointment. Refunds will not be given if you fail to provide the correct delivery and postal address or if you have not selected the correct delivery option. Refunds will be given if the garment has arrived damaged, we will require photo evidence immediately (within 2 hours) of receiving the garment.
DAMAGE
If damage occurs, you are liable to pay for the full cost of any repairs. If the damage and or repairs affect future rentals of the garment and is damaged beyond repair you are liable to pay the full retail price of the garment you rented. If the garment arrives back with stains, marks that are permanent or burn holes or marks you are liable to pay the full retail price of the garment. The full Retail Price is shown in the product description.
You agree that any photos you send in our clothing may appear on our social media accounts.
